Terms of Service
Draft — last updated 17 September 2026
These terms govern your use of ASNWatch (the “Service”) provided by [Company legal name, registration number, address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
ASNWatch checks whether web pages you specify load from inside selected internet service providers (identified by ASN) in selected countries, classifies each result — live page, block notice, captcha, redirect or unavailable — and notifies you through the channels you configure.
2. Accounts
- You must provide an email address you control and confirm it before the account is activated.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
3. Plans and payment
- Free: up to 3 domains. Starter: up to 5 domains for $50 per month. Pro: up to 30 domains for $150 per month. Per-plan limits on countries and providers apply as shown in the product.
- [Billing terms — to be completed when payments are enabled: billing period, taxes, cancellation, refunds.]
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with all laws that apply to you and to the markets you target, including gambling licensing and advertising rules. You must not use the Service to:
- circumvent blocking orders issued by a competent authority or promote services that are unlawful in the target market;
- monitor websites you have no right to monitor;
- place excessive load on third-party websites or networks, or interfere with the Service;
- resell or publish raw measurements without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.
5. How measurements work
Checks are performed through third-party proxy networks, including residential networks, from specific vantage points at specific times. Results describe what those vantage points observed; they are not a guarantee of what every user of a provider sees. We work to keep detection accurate but do not guarantee that every block will be detected or that no alert will be mistaken.
6. Availability
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis without a service level agreement unless agreed in writing.
7. Your data
You keep all rights to the domains, campaign data and settings you provide. You grant us permission to process them only to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or advertising spend, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Changes
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes to these terms take effect.
11. Governing law
[Governing law and venue.]
