There is no single national address: every provider points the domain at a page of its own, so a block looks different on each network.
Blocking here is applied per operator: we saw A1 Slovenija redirect a domain that Telekom Slovenije and T-2 resolved normally on the same day.
What we check in Slovenia
For every provider below we ask that provider’s own DNS resolver, from inside its network, what your domain resolves to — and compare the answer with public DNS. That is the same answer a subscriber gets, which is why a datacenter-based “is it down?” tool cannot see these blocks at all.

The official list
FURS publishes the register at https://www.fu.gov.si/. Domains are added continuously, and nobody tells you when yours is added.
